Delivery and Collection

Delivery Windows:
We deliver within specified areas and times. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control, such as traffic or courier issues.
Allow between 7-10 working days for delivery.
Please note: We do not deliver on weekends.
Delivery Collection:
Products will be collected from the nearest Postnet to your address.
Door to Door delivery will incur a higher delivery fee.
Receipt of Goods:
Risk passes to you upon delivery. If no one is available to accept delivery, the courier may return the items, and you may be charged for a second delivery attempt.
