Portu’Vees sauces can be used on anything!
Here are a few ideas to share with you

Pour it
You can add some into a pan and use it as a substitute to plain olive oil & fry up your next Steak or chicken fillets in it.

Smear It
Spread it over freshly baked bread or a roll, it will make any sandwich taste like one you have never had before!
Spalsh some over scrambled eggs or Avo.

Dip it
Cheese & Grazing Boards for your next function or get together?
Why not serve some on the side to add to add a zing of flavours to your Charcuterie board.

The Marinades
Whether it’s the Lemon & Herb or the Peri-Peri Marinade, this is how you will make the most of it.
Marinades are used to baste White meats with (Chicken pieces, wings or chicken Fillets, Pork & or Prawns)
Ideally you should marinade your protein of choice for at least 24 - 48 hours for the authentic experience & best tasting succulent results.
Give it a jiggle every so often just to make sure all the proteins absorb the flavours. Once it’s on the coals you want to cook them low and slow, with just enough char and until the meat falls off the bone.
The marinades can also be used to roast your protein or grill it in the oven.
I’ve even made my wings in the Air Fryer before, and it worked out perfectly and just as succulent.
