1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. We reserve the right to change these terms at any time without notice. 
 

2. Product Sales and Availability

• Availability: All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse service.

• Substitutions: Due to supply fluctuations, we may substitute items in a pack, but will ensure they are of similar value and range. 
   

3. Pricing and Payment

• Pricing: Prices are valid at the time of ordering.

• Payment Methods: Secure online payments are accepted via Yoco.
  Orders are only confirmed upon payment being received.
   

4. Delivery & Collections

• Delivery Windows: We deliver within specified areas and times. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control, such as traffic or courier issues.
  Allow between 7-10 working days for delivery.
  Please note: We do not deliver on weekends. 

• Delivery Collection: Products will be collected from the nearest Postnet to your address.
  Door to Door delivery will incur a higher delivery fee.

• Receipt of Goods: Risk passes to you upon delivery. If no one is available to accept delivery, the courier may return the items, and you may be charged for a second delivery attempt.
   

5. Returns, Refunds, and Perishables

• Perishable Goods: Due to food safety, we cannot accept returns for perishable items.

• Damaged Items: The Store accepts no responsibility should items be broken once received

• Refunds: We will not refund or exchange items any items. 
   

6. Limitation of Liability

• No Liability for Misuse: The store is not responsible for food safety issues arising from improper storage (e.g. not refrigerating items immediately) after delivery.
